Battle Creek native and Marshall High School graduate Jeff Jennings has come full circle as he joins Mix 104.9 as Program Director and 10am-3pm mid-day host.  His first job in radio was at 104.9 in Marshall back in the 70’s.  Jeff has over 30 years of radio experience all over the state, including Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, and most recently Detroit, where he spent nearly 20 years in programming and on-air broadcasting.   Jeff is involved with several charities including Habitat for Humanity and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and he’s also camped for a weekend on top of a semi-trailer with morning host Kelley Parish in a big fund-raiser for the Haven of Rest.  At the station, he’s known for telling ridiculously bad jokes and then having to explain them to co-workers.  His interests include playing guitar, music, movies and all sports – his favorites are hockey and golf.   He has family in the West Michigan area and wants to set down new roots here in the Battle Creek area.
